Ivan Negron, 39, is accused of carrying out the attack on the southbound R train platform at 36th Street station just before 5:00am on Sunday.

Officers discovered approximately 16 of the painted symbols Monday near 56th Street and 18th Avenue. Two days later, 57 more swastikas appeared at the same location. A 15-year-old was taken into custody for the crime on Thursday.

Their owner, Mohamed Charrad, 33, was arrested Jan. 17, accused of neglecting the 17 puppies and six adult dogs. Prosecutors say the dogs were starved and forced to live among their own feces and urine.

According to police, a 33-year-old man was cut once on the forehead following a dispute with another man on the train.

Yarvion Pickering, 26, is charged with assault and gang assault, accused of beating a 44-year-old man inside the 1700 Bedford Ave. garage around 10:00am.

Police say the suspect struck the man in the head with the handgun and proceeded to demand money before attempting to remove items from the home.

Detectives say it happened Friday night along along Pitkin Avenue and Osborn Street.

The boy threatened another 14-year-old male student at Launch Charter Academy just before noon while displaying what appeared to be a firearm, prompting a search of the boy and his belongings.

Officers say they responded to a 911 call reporting the incident on Stockton Street around 11:00pm, last night.

Authorities say the attack happened around 10:30am on Sunday while the train was at the Euclid Avenue subway station.
