The suspect accused of leaving the scene of a crash that killed an off-duty NYPD officer was arraigned — but the hearing erupted into violence.

“My video doesn’t even do it justice, there were like 15 kids on that train," said Deja Alceus, who captured the video.

TWU Local 100 President John V. Chiarello called the assault “yet another unacceptable attack,” – saying it shows even track workers who don’t deal directly with riders aren’t safe.

Investigators say it happened Sept. 22, around 4:30 p.m. near Senator Street and Fifth Avenue.

Police arrested Justin Lee on Saturday morning after they say he was involved in two separate incidents on Friday near the intersection of Ocean and Ditmas Avenues.

It happened around 5:34pm inside 1501 Broadway.

Police used surveillance camera footage from homes in the neighborhood to help get a photo of the suspect.

Authorities say the driver hit the 32-year-old victim on the corner of Meserole and Leonard Streets.

The warehouse, at 209 Highland Pl. and operating under the name “P.U.,” contained between 400 and 600 pounds of unregulated cannabis products, according to NYC Sheriff Anthony Miranda and Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Kaz Daughtry.
