Police identified him as Jayden Velasquez, of Brooklyn. The shooting happened just before 10:00pm in front of 160 Havemeyer St. Video from the scene shows officers gathered outside a store as police tape blocked off part of the sidewalk. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
