Police say the victim, identified as Florencio Ramos Martinez, was found unresponsive on Grattan Street just after 3:45am in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. The man was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators believe the incident began with a verbal dispute that escalated into violence. The investigation remains ongoing.
