The man was moving construction debris on the road just before 8:00pm. Monday at 90 Street and Parrott Place when he was struck by the 2012 Ford Econoline, allegedly driven by Baber Choudhary.

The stabbing victim, who police identified as David Martinez, suffered multiple stab wounds to his torso. He was killed just four blocks from his home.
