Police say the shooting happened near a local restaurant at 514 New Lots Ave. in East New York around 8:20pm. Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a verbal dispute between two men, though it remains unclear what the argument was about. During the dispute, 17-year-old Ahmir Jordan was shot in the head.
