The shooting happened around 1:10pm at 1660 Ralph Ave. in the Canarsie section, right near the Glenwood Houses and the Glenwood Playground. Police say the victim, a 52-year-old woman, was grazed in the left arm and was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where she is expected to survive.
