Police say it happened just before midnight Thursday outside an apartment building on Lexington Avenue.

A construction worker died after a parapet collapsed on top of him Tuesday afternoon, according to police sources. Officers say a 58-year-old man was found unresponsive at 224 Highland Blvd. at 2:50pm.

A 79-year-old man reported missing by his family was found dead in Brooklyn waters near the Mill Basin Bridge on Monday afternoon, police said. The cause of death remains under investigation.
