Brooklyn man charged with killing cousin in argument over debt

An 18-year-old Crown Heights man has been charged Friday with manslaughter in the stabbing death of his cousin in a fight over money, authorities said. Police believe Jahmal Baird killed Jahmer Wilson-Freeman, also 18, early Wednesday over a debt.
