Police say a 70-year-old man was attacked after he refused to give money to a stranger at a B12 MTA bus stop in Weeksville. The attack unfolded just before 3:00pm on July 15 near 873 Empire Blvd. According to the NYPD, the suspect demanded money from the 70-year-old and punched him in the face when he refused.
