Concord Village Owners Inc. management said neighbors reported smelling a foul odor coming from the mother’s apartment on the third floor.

Police responded to 311 complaints of an abandoned dog on the roof. When police arrived, they found the dog muzzled, chained and without food and water.

Officers discovered the 41-year-old man just before 8:15am on Wednesday inside 119 Ocean Ave.

Domanique Bullock is accused of getting in a parked FedEx and pushing the 25-year-old driver out of the truck before fleeing in the vehicle.

Police say Eric McMichael grabbed her, pushed her to the ground and forcibly raped her before running away.

Officers say the gunfire broke out just before 9:00am. The New York City Department of Education says the school went into a brief shelter-in, which was quickly lifted.

Police say the man was shot in the left leg.
