An apparent road rage incident sent two cars crashing into each other, a pedestrian and then a Brooklyn building.

An NYPD officer is accused of raping a child relative over the course of several years, according to police and sources.

Tahj Nelson, 23, was taken into custody Monday. He is accused of shooting Tatiana Pettus, 24, inside their Flatbush apartment building on the night of June 30.
