Jessy Edwards is an award-winning news and feature reporter whose work can be seen in such publications as NBC New York, Rolling Stone, the BBC, CNBC and more.

​Based in Brooklyn, Jessy has been part of some of the city’s biggest conversations around inequality, housing and racial justice. Her work has received a NY Associated Press award, a NY Emmy Award and an award from the NY State Broadcasters Association.

Jessy is also passionate about the craft of writing. She is a 2020 Brooklyn Poets Fellowship winner. She loves capturing the beauty of ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
