A Brooklyn school dean is demanding justice after accusing members of the MTA's Eagle Team of using excessive force during a fare inspection. Kyle Taylor, dean of Mott Bridges Academy, says he was getting off a B14 bus on Oct. 6 when fare enforcement officers questioned him about his payment.
