The NYPD says a 17-year-old male teen was shot outside of Clara Barton High School on Wednesday night. Police say it happened on the corner of President Street and Washington Avenue at 6:39pm. Parents in the area told News 12 off camera a basketball game was being held right next door at Prospect Heights High School at around 5:30pm.
