Rents Spiked Nearly 25% In These Brooklyn Neighborhoods: Study

Overall, the average rent increased by 22.35 percent last year, from $2,779 in 2021 to $3,400 in 2022.

The rent is just getting higher, according to a new report from M.N.S. Real Estate that looked at rents across Brooklyn's trendiest neighborhoods.

Overall, the average rent increased by 22.35 percent last year, from $2,779 in 2021 to $3,400 in 2022. But Not every neighborhood increased by the same amount.

Greenpoint led the way for the biggest rent hikes, with an average increase of around 33.5 percent. Clinton Hill had the next highest increases, of around 30.2 percent. To read more, click here.
