New York Teenager Arraigned for Attempted Murder on Brooklyn Subway

The victim was able to climb onto the platform before the train arrived.
Andrew Pashinin, a 19-year-old from Harrison, N.Y., has been arraigned on attempted murder charges after allegedly pushing a stranger onto subway tracks in Brooklyn last December, prosecutors said. The victim managed to climb back onto the platform just seconds before a train arrived, authorities noted.
