A man in a Nike hat chucked a rock at a parked NYPD cruiser in Brooklyn, smashing the car’s windshield, police said Saturday.
The marked patrol vehicle was sitting on Utica Ave. near Sterling Place about 4:45 p.m. Thursday when the suspect hurled the rock at it.
