A Brooklyn gang member was convicted on Monday by a federal jury for committing multiple armed carjackings.
Dieuverson Caille, along with accomplices robbed victims at gunpoint, kidnapped one of them, and stole their cars and personal items between August of 2020 and June of 2021, according to prosecutors.
After a one-week trial, he was sentenced to 21 years-to-life behind bars.
