A 31-year-old ex-con stepped out into the hallway of his Brooklyn building to smoke a cigarette — and was stabbed to death by three men, police said Monday.
Jerry Chrichlow was knifed in the upper body and slashed multiple times in the fourth-floor hallway of an apartment building on Crown St. near Schenectady Ave. in Crown Heights about 10:25 p.m. Sunday, cops said.
He crawled back to his apartment, where his mother was, as his killers got away. Medics rushed Chrichlow to Kings County Hospital but he couldn’t be saved.
