Richard Taylor, 28, screamed “You’re a f—-t” at a 23-year-old stranger after he punched her in the face and choked her when she refused to talk to him aboard a Q train near the Utica Ave. station in Bedford-Stuyvesant the night of Aug. 25, according to court papers.
