Emi is a writer and cultural critic reporting out of Bushwick. She graduated with an MFA from the New School with a concentration in creative nonfiction writing in 2024. She has bylines in Polyester Magazine, See You Next Tuesday Media, and IMPULSE Magazine. Outside of writing, Emi is training for the New York Marathon and perfecting her backgammon game.
