The victim of a violent, wrongful arrest in a Brooklyn liquor store is now planning to sue. Timothy Brown’s attorneys notified the city that they will sue, saying the arrest was “violent” and “unprovoked.” Video showed officers beating a man during an arrest inside a Brooklyn liquor store in a case of mistaken identity.
