Police are investigating a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian that was struck by an MTA bus in Coney Island. According to the NYPD, a 70-year-old woman was struck at the intersection of Stillwell and Mermaid Avenues at 2 pm. The B68 bus, operated by a 45-year-old man, was traveling southbound on Stillwell Avenue and was making a left turn onto Mermaid Avenue when the bus collided with the victim.
