Loved ones of Eryka Caldwell are now left mourning, after police identified her as the woman fatally stabbed in her Bushwick apartment on Sunday morning. Police say the 41-year-old was stabbed multiple times throughout her body. Her alleged attacker slit her throat with a knife, according to officials. Jonathan Fernandez, 38, was taken into custody on the scene. He is now charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
