A woman was arrested and charged with murder for allegedly stabbing her neighbor to death outside the Seaview Plaza shopping center in Canarsie, police say. Belinda Munford, 53, is accused of killing 34-year-old Isaiah Freeman just after 8:00pm on May 27 near Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway, about a block from their homes at the NYCHA Bay View Houses.
