Dozens of neighbors, friends and families packed Carroll Street and Franklin Avenue on Monday evening, coming together to grieve the victims of a deadly mass shooting at a Crown Heights lounge. The shooting claimed three lives and left 11 others injured inside the popular lounge. Residents say the trauma of repeated mass shootings continues to weigh heavily on the city, leaving many fearful about when and where the next tragedy might happen.
