The NYPD says two men were shot in Flatbush on Monday evening. Police say a 51-year-old man was shot in the leg and a 25-year-old man was shot in the hand. Witnesses say they told investigators they saw another man take off in a black sedan. Residents in the area say it was a road rage incident, but this has not been confirmed by police.
