All eastbound lanes were temporarily closed as officers worked to remove a 31-year-old woman from a beam above the roadway on the bridge, according to officials. Video showed police secured to a railing with straps, slowly escorting the woman off the beam. She was taken to Woodhull Hospital. Eastbound lanes have since reopened to traffic.
