The city evacuated three buildings Sunday night in Brooklyn due to an unstable façade. More than a dozen people were relocated by the Red Cross. "I'm very cold. I don't feel good. I'm a very sick woman. I'm four hours outside," resident Anette Cory said. Frustration was boiling Sunday outside three buildings on 13th Avenue near the Corner of 42nd Street in Borough Park.
