New York City Democrats will have to make a choice in the June 2021 primary for mayor — but some prominent New Yorkers and organizations have already made their pick, issuing public endorsements of candidates in the race.
And a growing number of them have now changed their minds, rescinding their endorsements of New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer after he was accused of sexually assaulting a campaign volunteer in 2001.
