A 17-year-old boy was clinging to life after being shot in the head Tuesday afternoon in Brooklyn. Cops responded around 12:28 p.m. at the Flatbush Gardens apartment complex near Foster Ave. and Brooklyn Ave. in Flatbush, where they found the youngster with a gunshot wound to the head, cops said. EMS transported the boy to Kings County Hospital Center, where he was in critical condition. It remained unclear what sparked the gunfire.
