A man is accused of killing two men after their bodies were found in a burning building in Bath Beach last week, police said Monday. Alex Alive, 33, was charged with two counts of murder in connection to the incident at 159 Bay 29th St. on March 17, according to the NYPD. The victims have not been identified. One of the men was shot in the head and the other appeared to have died from smoke inhalation, authorities said.
