A person is in custody after a man was shot early Sunday morning in East Flatbush. Police say it happened on Nostrand Avenue at 3:48am. Police say a 20-year-old man was shot in the hand and taken to the hospital. A gun was also recovered from the scene. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
