Subway riders at the Cypress Hills train station are on high alert after the NYPD said a female passenger was stalked aboard a J train earlier this week. Investigators said the 48-year-old woman got off at the Jamaica-Parsons stop where the man began to follow her. He chased her inside a building where they began to argue. She, however, managed to get away without any injuries, according to police. One woman told News 12 on Saturday that she does not want to travel on the subway by herself or with her kids.
