A student who brought a gun inside East Brooklyn Community High School Monday morning was taken into custody, police say. They say the 17-year-old boy was found with the gun just before 10:00am at the school located on Kings Highway. There were no shots fired or injuries reported. The Department of Education is praising a hero student who notified administrators of the weapon. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
