Police say two 20-year-old men were shot on Sutter and Euclid Avenues in East New York Thursday afternoon. Sources close to the investigation say the two victims are relatives. Police say they heard shots being fired at the location around 2:40pm and found a male with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
