An accused serial Williamsburg "dine and dasher" is behind bars at Rikers Island, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. Pei Chung, 34, is being held on a $4,500 cash bail or a $9,000 bond, accused of refusing to pay for high-end meals at more than a dozen restaurants in Williamsburg. Prosecutors say Chung appeared in court Saturday for her latest theft-of-service charge. She allegedly struck Mole restaurant on Kent Avenue Friday afternoon. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
