A subway train fatally struck a man at the Prospect Park B and Q station Tuesday morning, causing extensive disruptions to the morning commute, according to the police. The police have not publicly identified the man who was in his 50s. Authorities found him on the tracks of the station in Prospect Lefferts Gardens shortly before 8:30 a.m. and pronounced him dead at the scene.
