A 30-year-old man was shot on a busy Crown Heights block late Tuesday morning, and police say the shooter is still on the loose. Investigators spent hours collecting evidence on Lincoln Place near Schenectady Avenue, photographing the scene and bagging a bullet and a shoe left behind.
