Police are searching for a man they say sexually abused a 15-year-old girl on a subway train on Oct. 15. The incident happened around 8:10am on a northbound 3 train. Police say the victim was on board the train, which was approaching the Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College station when a man grabbed her thighs, arms and private area.
