A person of interest has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man in Flatbush, according to police. Authorities say Ramel Ingram was pronounced dead after being shot in the chest Wednesday on Crooke Avenue. Kindle Akinola now faces charges for murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
