An officer was assaulted while attempting to disperse a rowdy crowd after the Jamaican Day Parade in Brooklyn on Saturday evening, police say. Yolanda Palacio-White, 35, was taken into custody and faces a slew of charges for allegedly punching an officer in the head.According to the NYPD, the chaos unfolded near 783 Flatbush Ave. just before 7:15pm.
