A knife-wielding man was shot by police officers in a Brownsville NYCHA apartment and later died Tuesday in what the NYPD is calling a domestic dispute. NYPD Chief of Housing Charles McEvoy said that police received a 911 call from a female before 3:00pm that stated that the father of the toddlers was en route to her home at the Glenmore Housing Development and was upset that another man was watching their children.
