The NYPD says three men were shot outside a lounge in East Flatbush early Monday morning. Police say the shooting happened around 4:38am outside Island Cz Lounge, near the corner of Utica Avenue and Farragut Road, a largely industrial area surrounded by auto shops. An auto shop owner nearby said shootings and fights outside the lounge occur almost monthly. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
