A woman is in custody after a man's body parts were found in a refrigerator inside an Brooklyn apartment Monday. Police responded to a wellness check at 2069 Nostrand Ave. in Flatbush just after 7 p.m. Eyewitness News was told a man's dismembered body parts were found in a taped up freezer inside the third-floor apartment. A Crimestoppers tip led police to the apartment. The shocking scene left some residents horrified and scared. "That's something you see in Colorado or Wyoming.
