MTA, NYPD Employees Arrested For Alleged Reckless Driving

Police said one of the accused, Pedro Nunez-Delacruz, 43, an NYPD auxiliary police officer, refused to take a breath test.

Two MTA employees were arrested over the weekend on reckless driving and DWI charges, respectively, authorities said. Pedro Nunez-Delacruz, 43, an NYPD auxiliary police officer, was charged near the 83rd Precinct in Bushwick about 4:41 am Saturday with DWI, driving while ability impaired by alcohol and refusal to take a breath test, police said. Holton Marcus, 31, was charged on Sunday about 5 pm in the 67th Precinct, which comprises East Flatbush and Remsen Village, with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and driving without a front license plate, police said.
