Police say that a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy face assault charges in the stabbing of a man near Maria Hernandez Park in Bushwick. Residents like Ellen Alberts say they are stunned by the news. "That was pretty shocking to me that they were so young," Alberts said. "And that kids that young were walking around with a knife."
