Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who forcibly touched a 51-year-old woman on Oct. 18. Authorities say the man grabbed the victim’s chest midway through a conversation on Avenue U. The man fled the scene on foot, according to police. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
