A 37-year-old man was struck and killed by a van that was driving in reverse in Dyker Heights, the NYPD says. The man was moving construction debris out of the road just before 8 p.m. Monday at 90 Street and Parrott Place when he was struck by the 2012 Ford Econoline, allegedly driven by Baber Choudhary. Police say the man was briefly trapped between the van and the debris before falling onto the road, where emergency responders found him with severe body trauma. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
