A 23-year-old man was shot in Crown Heights near a NYCHA complex, police say. Officers responded to 1620 Pacific St. just before 8:00pm on Monday. Cameras captured multiple orange cones serving as shell casing markers. The NYPD says the man suffered a gunshot wound to the left thigh. Paramedics took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he is expected to recover. More on this from News 12 Brooklyn.
